Send your request to contact@azuelos-eyewear.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions by email.
Prepare your return
Follow the instructions you receive by email and return the product complete and in its original packaging. Azuelos covers the return shipping costs.
Receive your refund
Your refund is issued no later than 14 days after your request. It may be withheld until the product has been received. It is made using the payment method you used for your order.
